This is our... read more second time working with Nico and we were just as pleased this time as we were last time. He's detailed, knowledgeable, and an overall cool guy to chat with. When the inspection was done, he went over the report with us in detail, giving his impression on what he recommends we request the builder to fix. He even identified a critical flaw with our HVAC, which explains why we've had issues with it all year. (Side note: we've had 3 HVAC guys come out and not a single 1 noticed the defect. That says something!)

I can't recommend iInspectDFW enough. They're truly phenomenal.
